1. Payments are non-refundable
Except where this policy says otherwise or where applicable law requires, all payments for AI Marketing Agent — including subscription fees, renewals, and any credits or add-ons — are non-refundable, whether or not you have used the Service. This policy is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
2. Why
AI Marketing Agent is a digital service that generates ad strategies, copy, images, and video on demand. As soon as you use it, real third-party AI and compute resources are consumed and billed to us in your name. Those costs are incurred immediately and cannot be reclaimed, so we are unable to return the amounts paid for service that has been made available to you.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You are never locked in. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges, and you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund amounts already paid.
4. Trials, discounts & promotions
If you start on a trial or discounted/promotional rate, the plan converts to the standard recurring price at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel beforehand. Promotional pricing is one-time unless we state otherwise, and amounts paid during a promotion follow this same non-refundable policy.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country, which always take precedence. Where a statutory "cooling-off" or withdrawal right applies to digital content (for example, under EU/UK consumer law), note that by starting to use the Service and generating content you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you may lose that withdrawal right for content already supplied. Where such a right cannot be waived, we will honour it.
6. Discretionary refunds
We may, entirely at our own discretion, grant a refund or credit in individual cases (for example, a genuine duplicate charge, a billing error on our side, or a verified technical failure that prevented you from using the Service for a sustained period). Granting one does not create any obligation to grant others and is not an admission of wrongdoing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
7. Chargebacks & payment disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are invalid and to recover amounts owed.
8. Currency & taxes
Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, and your bank or card network may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees that are outside our control and not refundable by us.
9. Advertising spend is separate
Your AI Marketing Agent subscription is separate from the money you spend on advertising platforms such as Meta or Google Ads. We cannot refund advertising spend billed by those platforms — those amounts are governed by each platform's own policies.
10. How to ask about billing
- Email support@flashperfection.com from the address on your account.
- Include your account email and, if you have it, the invoice or payment date.
- We aim to acknowledge billing enquiries within 48 hours. Any approved refund is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer to post it).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you make a payment applies to that payment. The "last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
