How many AI credits do I get per month? ▾

The Pro subscription includes 10,000 AI credits per month, and the introductory first period includes its own allowance (2,500 for a week, 5,000 for a month, 10,000 for three months). Image generation costs 4–7 credits; video generation (talking-avatar, animation or a full AI Video Ad) costs 200–250 credits depending on the format and model — the exact price is always shown on the Generate button before you spend. Re-generation costs the same as the original. Unused credits don't roll over.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? ▾

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Profile → Subscription page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

What platforms can I publish to? ▾

You can publish directly to Instagram and Facebook. TikTok and YouTube integrations are coming soon. You can always download creatives and post manually.

How do I add my product? ▾

Paste your product URL in the composer or go to Assets & Avatars to upload images directly. Our AI will automatically extract product details.

What video formats are supported? ▾

We support MP4 exports in 9:16 (Stories/Reels/TikTok), 1:1 (Feed), and 16:9 (YouTube). Image ads export as PNG or JPG.
