Permitted Use Policy

The rules for using AI Marketing Agent responsibly. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

This Permitted Use Policy applies to everyone who uses AI Marketing Agent. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and compliant with the advertising platforms we connect to. It supplements the "Acceptable use" section of our Terms of Service; if there is any conflict, the Terms control. Breaking this policy may lead to content removal, feature limits, suspension, or termination.

3. Responsible use of AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every creative before it goes live, and for ensuring your final ads are truthful, substantiated, and compliant with the law and platform rules. Do not present AI-generated results, testimonials, endorsements, or statistics as real if they are not, and do not use the AI to mass-produce spam or low-quality content designed to manipulate platforms.

4. Data & privacy

Only upload data you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate notices/consents, and do not upload special-category or sensitive data unless you are permitted to process it. You are responsible for your compliance with privacy and marketing laws (such as GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA) in your campaigns.

5. Fair use & rate limits

To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we may apply reasonable usage, rate, or volume limits, and may throttle or review activity that is abusive, automated beyond intended use, or that imposes disproportionate load.

6. Enforcement

We may review content and conduct for compliance and, where we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, take action proportionate to the issue — including removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating access, and retaining or disclosing information where required by law. For serious or repeated violations, or where required, we may act without prior notice. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities and to affected platforms.

8. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing the Service, tell us at support@flashperfection.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service and the law evolve. The "last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
